Meizan CLV launches cereal – based food manufacturing factory

With a total investment of US $ 6.5 million, this factory is capable of supplying the market with approximately 10,000 tons of egg noodles, macaroni, and flour per year, all of which meet the stringent requirements of the quality management system ISO and FSSC 22000 food safety standards, thus meeting the increasing demands of domestic and international consumers for nutritious and convenient foods that align with modern consumer trends.
In May 2017, Meizan CLV (MCC) Co., Ltd. officially launched its cereal-based food processing factory at Lot C20a-1, Road No.14, Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
With a total investment of US $ 6.5 million, this factory is capable of supplying the market with approximately 10,000 tons of egg noodles, macaroni, and flour per year, all of which meet the stringent requirements of the quality management system ISO and FSSC22000 food safety standards, thus meeting the increasing demands of domestic and international consumers for nutritious and convenient foods that align with modern consumer trends.
This is a significant milestone in the CLV Wilmar Group’s deeper engagement in consumer food production and trade, helping to the realization of the goal of “improving customers’ health and contentment via continual product value development.”
Mr. Co Dinh Huy, Plant Manager, stated,: “In addition to factory building, recruiting and human resource training are prioritized from the start. Along with our staff’s persistent efforts, we receive invaluable assistance from our experienced colleagues at Vietnam Flour Mills Company Limited and Cai Lan Oils and Fats Industries Company. As a result, we have developed a scientific work plan, shortened unnecessary lead time, and resolved arising issues throughout the all-round implementation.”
