Baked macaroni and cheese with beef

  • Nam Duong Tomato Sauce

  • Meadow Fresh Milk Full Cream
    150ml
  • Wine
    100ml
  • Morazella Cheese
    50g
  • Parmesan Cheese

Cooking instructions

Step 1

Boil the macaronis for 10 – 12 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2

Sauté diced onions, carrots, and celery, then quickly stir-fry minced beef. Add fresh milk and cook for 10 minutes. Pour in wine, canned tomatoes, finely chopped thyme, and bay leaf. Stir well and season with spices.

Step 3

Combine the macaroni with the mixture and stir well to ensure even sauce absorption. Transfer the mixture to a porcelain mold and cover the surface with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Put the mold in the oven at 250ºC until the cheese melts and turns a pleasant golden brown. Remove the mold from the oven and serve hot.
