Thai stir – fried macaroni

  • Meizan Premium Macaroni
    200g
  • Fresh shrimp
    300g
  • Dried shrimp
    30g
  • Chicken eggs

  • Tofu
    100g
  • Pickled radish
    15g
  • Tamarind juice
    40ml
  • Sugar jaggery
    80g
  • Purple onion
    15g
  • Fish sauce
    40ml
  • Nam Duong Chili Sauce
    60ml
  • Bean sprouts, chives
    80g
  • Peanuts
    10g

Cooking instructions

Step 1

Boil the macaroni for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat and rinse under cold water, then drain. Mix in 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to prevent the macaroni from sticking together.

Step 2

The sauce: Combine the sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice, and chili sauce in a pan and heat until the mixture dissolves into a liquid.

Step 3

Cut the tofu into small cubes and fry until golden. Then stir-fry the purple onion, pickled radish, fresh peeled shrimp, and dried shrimp.

Step 4

Add the macaroni, bean sprouts, chives, and sauce to the mixture and stir. Crack the eggs into a separate pan and fry quickly. Then, mix the cooked eggs together with the rest of the mixture.

Step 5

Put the mixture onto a plate and serve with peanuts.
