2Cooking:
- Put macaroni into boiling water for about 11 minutes or until it tenders as you want, occasionally stir and check. Drain the cooked macaroni once it is soft enough.
- Rinse with cool water and drain
- Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and stir well to prevent macaroni from sticking
- For stir-fry dishes: add macaroni to hot prepared meat/ seafood/ vegetables in pan. Heat and toss gently, then serve
- For soup: serve directly with any prepared soup of favorite
