1Boil water.

2Add a pinch of salt.

3Put spaghetti into boiling water. Boil for 9 - 10 minutes for authentic al dente spaghetti, stir occasionally. For more tender spaghetti, boil for 11 minutes.

4Drain well and serve it with your favourite sauce.
