Wheat flour (94%), iodized salt, fresh egg (2,1%), acidity regulator (INS 451(i), INS 500(i), INS 501(i)), thickener (INS 405), anticaking agent (INS 551), natural colours (INS 164, INS 160b(ii), maltodextrin).

2Cooking
- Put noodle nests into boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until it tenders as you want, occasionally stir to loosen. Do not overcook.
- Rinse with cool water and drain.
- Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil and stir well to prevent noodles from sticking.
- For stir-fry dishes: add noodles to hot prepared meat/ seafood/ vegetables in a pan. Heat and toss gently, then serve.
- For soup and hotpot: serve directly with any prepared soup of favorite.
